Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. For custom-painted or made-to-order pieces, please allow an additional 3-5 days for production.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed or personalized items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are the colors on the screen accurate to the physical product?
While we strive for color accuracy, actual shades may vary slightly due to monitor calibrations and the hand-painted nature of our unique parts.
How should I care for my Paint A Part garments?
To preserve the integrity of the design, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on any painted or printed areas.
